We supply help and support for all members of the Network and provide regular training for existing members and new members when they join. We update them on new laws or legislations within Andalucia and work within a strict code of ethics.

Properties listed within the Network can only be listed once and on completion of sales, we ensure commissions have been paid to the respective agents.

In October 2006, the INmo Network became the first MLS company within Andalucia to fully comply with the Decree 218, a consumers law that was issued in 2005 by the local government.

This law states what must be given to a potential client when viewing either an off plan, re-sale or rented property. Strict guidelines must be adhered to, certain documents must be produced and all members must display certain certificates in their offices.
